Happy 65th anniversary, Hunt Institute!

9 October 2026

The Rachel McMasters Miller Hunt Botanical Library was dedicated on 10 October 1961. At the now Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation we're pleased to celebrate our 65th anniversary of making Rachel Hunt's botanical collection accessible to the public while continuing to serve the international scientific community through research and documentation. We're eagerly looking forward to our next 65 years.
