How to Order
All purchases support the mission and programs of the Hunt Institute. Carnegie Mellon University faculty, staff and students receive a 25% discount on all orders. On purchases of 5 or more publications, everyone receives a 40% quantity discount. Resale discount quotations upon request. Thank you for your support.
The order form PDF can be filled in online using Acrobat Reader. Please note that some earlier versions of Acrobat Reader will not save completed documents. If you encounter problems, you may need to download the latest version from Adobe. Mark the quantity of each item you would like to order next to its corresponding PLU number, which is listed on each publication page on the Web site. Email the completed order form to us at huntinst@andrew.cmu.edu as an attachment. We will calculate the shipping and handling (and insurance for international orders) on the overall weight of your order, apply the quantity discount (if applicable) and add 7% sales tax for Pennsylvania residents, and then we will email a pro forma invoice containing your order total.
The Institute accepts payment via telephone, mail and fax. Payment is in U.S. dollars only. We do not accept bank transfers. Check and money-order payments must be mailed. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Credit-card payments may be phoned, mailed or faxed. Email and email attachments are not secure methods of submitting credit-card information. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. No returns without permission. As always, purchases can be made on site at the Institute during your visit.
