This computer-based catalogue of the Institute's art collection included over 30,000 original works—paintings (mostly watercolors), drawings and original prints—dating from the Renaissance onward. The main portion was arranged by the artists' surnames and was followed by a comprehensive taxonomic index. The catalogue was not illustrated.
